Global War on Terrorism during Operation Iraqi Freedom, and is presented to Sister M. Johnice and the Response to Love Center on behalf of TSgt Larry Cichocki. This Certificate is to acknowledge the commitment of support to the men and women of the armed forces fighting with our coalition partners in the Area of Operations and is signed by President George W. Bush.

 

The presentation was especially touching for Sister Johnice as she was unable to receive her brother home from Viet Nam years earlier. Larry also served in the Viet Nam conflict.

 

Larry also was involved in the humanitarian effort after the floods in Kenya Africa, in fact it was on his birthday December 6th, that he was instrumental in utilizing his superior parachute packing skills to drop tents, food, medical supplies and successfully help thousands of people in dire need. “Our prayers continue to be offered to the thousands of service people that continue to serve our country,” said Sister.

Response To Love Center Newsletter

Sr. M. Johnice and the

Response to Love Center were awarded with a certificate and an American Flag this morning from returning serviceman and long time Response to Love Center volunteer Larry Cichocki. Larry has been stationed in the Middle East for the last year and served with the 43rd Expeditionary Electronic Combat Squadron, Davis-Monthan AFB, Arizona. 

 

His tour recently ended and he was welcomed home Wednesday May 9, 2007 by his wife Pat other members of his squadron, family and friends at the Buffalo International Airport. Sr. Johnice joined the family in welcoming Larry and the other servicemen home. “Larry has been in our prayers everyday since his departure and

 

deployment,” Sister said. “His dedication to his family and his country is an inspiration to us all.”
